Sam Gwaz is a health coach and fitness influencer who, since growing her Instagram platform by 200,000+ new followers in the last 3 years, has had to grow along with her social media presence in many ways.  In this discussion, Sam and Chase talk about her growth and evolution as a health and fitness content creator on social media.
