I'm sharing some of the physical and hormonal reasons that may lead to these issues, mistakes I see, the number one thing I recommend when people come into my office, and changes you can make outside of the gym.I also stress that just because something is common does not mean it's normal*. There are things that can be done to get you feeling better during pregnancy and postpartum, especially at home.
