Some of the best ultrarunners in the world line up to race the Western States 100 every single year, and 2023 was no different. This year, not only did I get to watch the race in person, but I also was able to crew last year's M10 runner during the race. And I learned so much when it comes to ultra training and racing, as well as how to have a dialed-in crew strategy.
