In this interview, Dustin Oranchuk walks us through his study investigating differences in the performance of the clean with and without the hook grip.Dustin has a PhD in sports science and works as a full-time researcher at the University of Colorado. His research focuses on muscle physiology and mechanics, healthy aging, rehabilitation, neuromuscular fatigue, strength and conditioning, and optimizing research methodologies.
