In today’s episode, Emily has guest Zack Blakeney on to discuss a wide range of topics. Zack is a freedom and performance coach and helps people to achieve emotional intelligence, personal freedom and authentic self discovery by guiding them to align with love and truth. He is a published author and speaker, is a podcast host to 2 podcasts, The Invincible Podcast and The Fit Couple Show along with his fiancé Julia Rene as well as a personal trainer. One of the main areas of Zack’s focus is guiding men to transform porn addiction into peace, purpose and prosperity with his 90 day program, The Red Pill Method. Zack talks very openly about his porn addiction and how the long term affects of using porn affected his life. He explains his addiction in a very scientific and understandable way and shares how he was able to admit he was addicted and how he felt guilt and shame following that. He shares how once he finally decided to make a change, he lost a lot of things in his life but it lead him to the ultimate life that is better than he could have imagined.
