260. Stop Giving People Access To You Who Don’t Deserve It

In today’s episode, Emily is talking about who you are allowing access to you and at what cost. Sometimes we give people access to us that don’t deserve it. You may find yourself in this pattern over and over, but you don’t feel you should be in this situation. However, YOU are the common denominator. What is your part in this? You are allowing people access to you when they have proven that they don’t deserve it. You are allowing and tolerating their behavior even though you don’t like it. You will continue to get hurt or feel drained if you don’t cut these people out of your life. It is not your job to change them. Clear out the space and energy inside of your mind by cutting off access to you from the people who don’t deserve it.
