Deeper Love, Intimacy, & Closing The Trauma Loop with Stefanos Sifandos

In today's episode Emily interviews relationship coach Stefanos Sifandos who has over 20 years of direct experience in the personal transformation space guiding people into deeper intimacy and healing. He is a trained educator and somatic and trauma-informed relationship expert with a background in behavioral science and philosophy. He is passionate about leading people closer to their highest potential and each other. We explore nervous system regulation tactics to calm the body like box breathing, grounding in nature and a “foghorn” visualization bringing us home. Stephanos explains trauma imprinting behaviors by imprinting our body/mind. He uses breathwork and somatic modalities to “close the loop” on traumatic responses.
