Faith Over Fear

With change definitely comes many emotions and sometimes you can experience a little bit of resistance or even at times, grief. These things are absolutely normal and you shouldn’t feel bad if you feel this way. Give yourself space to process all the emotions you are feeling! You may also experience fear of the unknown or what’s to come. It is so important to not allow the fear to keep you stuck. We need to allow faith to overwrite the fear about what's going on.
