Topics from relationships (is it expected to fight over how forks go in a dishwasher every day of my life?), parenting (how can I "gentle parent" while being physically assaulted by my toddler?), body image (are we botoxing now??) and spirituality (do I still hold my same beliefs I did 10 years ago?) are all on the table to be looked at, explored, turned over, and welcomed.
