Join me as I share with you very vulnerably my road from anxious attachment to secure attachment. How my childhood trauma created the patterns that would play out in my relationships & what I did to overcome this. I have no doubt you will be able to resonate with some of my story and I have shared this in a way that hopefully you will be able to see your own patterns showing up in your relationships & learn from it.
