Chapter 1: What is discussed at the start of this section?
I tell you what, prices are getting high, but a fella still gotta get his guns and ammo. We go hunting for all them good deals online every day. Go to pew.deals, that's P-E-W dot D-E-A-L-S, in your internet. Now back to your podcast.
Chapter 2: How do we find good deals on guns and ammo?
Deal bro, deal bro, saving you money, don't you know.
Standard disclaimer, folks. You probably will hear from episode to episode recipes for what we do. Remember, we're telling you what we do. We're not telling you what you should do. What you should do is you should stick with published loads.
So, you know, we disavow any responsibility for damages done because you might not be following a safe and careful reloading practice that Jeremy or I or Jason or Trevor or Mike might be following. And it could possibly be the fact that you might have a tighter chamber. You might have a looser rifling. You might not get the velocity we do or you might get more. If you're going to take and reload,
Reload, understand, you're responsible for what you do. We are not.

Chapter 3: What safety disclaimers are important for reloading?
Presented by Patriot Patch Company and Amarato.
How the hell are y'all? Doing pretty good. Not too bad. Well, no, I haven't. Just had to go live to get it there. Anyway, how are y'all?
Not too bad. Been busy. Yeah. I can stay at home for more than two or three days in a row.
You don't have that many trips left for the year, do you? One more. So I thought one more work then. Well, yeah, I couldn't last night be Friday night. Cause that would have been awesome. Did you do anything fun in the last week, Paul?
I wonder if I've been doing, um, uh, using, uh, my new Blackstone. Uh, that's been fun. Um, having to get ahold of Nelson custom guns to find out where my upper is for my 1911, which they promised me a week ago, but it's a, it's a two man shop. So they're, they answer their calls and they, they do it right. So other than that, you know, just normal everyday stuff. How about you?
You get a new toy. No, I have not actually. Oh, you haven't got a new toy? No.
Yeah. What's wrong? I know. I haven't even gone to a shop since Thursday.
Ray, has he seen a doctor yet?
I think it was Thursday.

Chapter 4: What are the latest trends in reloading component prices?
Yeah. Yeah. I want me to have some true fall weather now that my pellet grill is officially back to working 100% right now. It's been a mess working with this thing. Order the new parts. Well, I didn't order them. They sent me the new motherboard and combustion fan. I replaced the motherboard because I knew that would be easier to get to.
I was going to try it and see if it would work without replacing the fan. Still was having the issue. Then when we replaced it this last weekend after the range day when it came in, I was starting to get where the temperature just kept climbing and climbing. And so say I set a two 50, it went up to like three 75, 400. I was like, what is going on now?
I think it's my temperature sensors going out. So, uh, so I called pit boss yesterday. Like, Oh, we need you to run some tests for us. If you got a, uh, oven thermostat. And so I pull out my, uh, thermo probe, Bluetooth digital thing where I can feed the wire into there and set it on a shelf. And so I did that. And, Next thing I know, I set 250 degrees just to run a basic temp test.
It steadies out at 250 degrees. Of course, my luck. So I end up cooking an hors d'oeuvre for the football game last night, and that's done. Turn it off. Next thing I know, the thing shuts off. The fan shuts off. Everything's all right. It's like, okay, whatever. I see how it is.
I've replaced, in my pit boss, I've replaced all the internals already. It just, yeah.
I could see after a year or two, but I haven't even had this a month.
Oh, but I've had mine for years.
So yeah, I got five years, almost five years at my old one. It finally crapped out. And it was like one of the original pit boss, old analog, like old school pit boss. And there's no way that thing wasn't going to be supported anymore. So I'm like, let's just get one.
The funny thing is, is you go online. Amazon carries all the parts.

Chapter 5: What personal updates are shared among the hosts?
Exactly. Unless him and I go to lunch or something and then he tells me. I got that. He just had a baby on September 12th. So awesome. Congratulations. He's been, he's been MOA or in our MIA for a while. So I, and I completely understand it.
Chapter 6: What reloading goals are discussed for the upcoming week?
Oh yeah. Kids take up a lot of time. So my goal this week is to crank out some more nine and then I got to get 30, 30 loads done. So. Okay. Nine millimeter on the square deal B. Yeah. Okay. Cause I think the five 50 is set up for two to three. So, but I will find my actual regular tripod for next. So. All right.
Next week. Don't matter. No, but for the week after it does. Yeah.
For the week after.
Okay. but yeah. Um, yeah, it'd be interesting next week. Lots, lots of good questions to think of.
Lots of good questions.
And we need to put that on the groups.

Chapter 7: What insights are shared about the upcoming Ballistics presentation?
Let everybody know that we got a ballast station coming on.
Um, um, So James Pugh did a review on White River primers, and he says they work flawlessly.
Yeah, a buddy of mine, Chris from 740, who has a channel on YouTube, he tested them a year, year and a half ago. So they're really good. Yeah. Well, you met Chris. Remember at GunCon? Mm-hmm. I'm excited for goals. Oh, there's the press waiting to be worked on. Can it just be next June or July so we can go to goals? I think goals is in August. Is it? I don't remember.
It's going to be close enough at that point. That's an easy drive. I can do that in my sleep. Yeah. That one's pretty, pretty excited about that one. I'm interested to see the range where they do the range day. Are they going to use Brownells facility again? I don't know. Or the range that Brownells uses for, or we used for gun con that year.
Chapter 8: What mental health resources are mentioned at the end of the episode?
Don't they own it? I think there are major benefactors in that range. If they don't own it, they're at least major benefactors in helping. Where? Des Moines.
Des Moines.
So that's, we're definitely going. It's a four hour drive. If that.
But they're probably going to have it in the actual Des Moines at a convention.
Yeah, it's down at the Casey's Center downtown.
That'd be nice.
But they do a media range day that week, so... I already see one thing on the list from our CBS that I'm ordering. Oh... I need to get me a good lead thermometer. And I hated paying the $80, $90 for a lead thermometer. And they got it for a pretty good price, so I might as well buy it.
There you go. Well, I'm looking at that electronic one that's better than the one you got sent. You know, the top of the line.
Oh, yeah. I didn't even look at the price on that.
