This caused a lot of resentment and questioning of her own worthiness, leading her to hit rock bottom. However, Tanya's journey didn't end there. With the help of others and a lot of self-reflection, Tanya was able to recognize her victim mentality and transform her priorities into a two-way street, creating a healthy and balanced relationship dynamic for her family. Now, as a coach, Tanya is passionate about helping other women in similar situations to break free from their own victim mentality and create a better life for themselves.
