Chapter 1: What recent military actions are taking place between the U.S. and Iran?
Iran retaliates. I'm Chris DiMeo, Fox News. The U.S. continues pounding targets in Iran, but Iran is fighting back.
Iran and its proxies are responding to those U.S. military strikes on Karg Island. We have seen six Iranian ballistic missile attacks here at Israel. We've also seen some action from its proxies in Iraq. The U.S. embassy in Baghdad came under fire this morning as the embassy is telling Americans to evacuate the country.
That missile struck the helipad at the facility, and the Iranian-backed militia group Kataib Hezbollah has fired on this complex several times during the war. Meanwhile, U.S. Central Command says it destroyed naval mine storage facilities and ballistic missile supplies on Karg Island. President Trump says if Iran doesn't open the Strait of Hormuz, the U.S.
will take out the oil infrastructure on the island, which would bring whatever's left of Iran's economy to a halt.
Chapter 2: How are Iranian proxies responding to U.S. military strikes?
Fox's Nate Foyt. As Nate mentioned, there was an Iranian missile strike on the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad this morning. No injuries reported. The State Department is urging Americans to get out of Iraq.
The State Department's TravelGov account on X says Iran-aligned terrorist militias have encouraged and conducted indiscriminate attacks on U.S. citizens and targets associated with the United States throughout Iraq. The Post goes on to say U.S.
citizens should leave Iraq now, do not attempt to come to the embassy in Baghdad or the consulate general in Erbil in light of the ongoing risk of missiles, drones, and rockets in Iraqi airspace. State also says Iran-aligned terrorist militias have repeatedly attacked the international zone in central Baghdad. The international zone remains closed with limited exceptions. Jill Nadeau, Fox News.
The U.N. estimates 3.2 million Iranians have been displaced by the fighting, but only about 1,300 have fled the country. America's listening to Fox News.

The oil industry in California could be coming back as Energy Secretary Chris Wright orders a pipeline in the state to reopen.
Energy Secretary Chris Wright ordered the pipeline to restart after an executive order signed by President Trump Friday aimed at addressing supply disruptions nationwide. That order ignores California's strict green energy policies that have led to more than 60% of oil in the Golden State coming from overseas through the Strait of Hormuz where oil tankers currently operate.
are having a hard time getting through due to the war in Iran. In a statement, Wright's saying the Trump administration remains committed to putting all Americans and their energy security first. Unfortunately, some state leaders have not adhered to those same principles with potentially disastrous consequences, not just for residents, but also for national security.
Fox's Marian Rafferty in Los Angeles. California gas prices are among the highest in the nation, averaging about five and a half bucks per gallon. A judge in Georgia dismisses all charges against a group of high school students involved in a prank gone wrong that resulted in a popular teacher's death.
This 18-year-old, Jaden Wallace, was actually facing a vehicular homicide charge, among other serious felonies, in what's being called a tragic accident. But now a Georgia judge is signing off on dropping the case against not only that teen, but also four other students who participated.

Authorities say Wallace and his friends went over... math teacher Jason Hughes' house and covered it in toilet paper as part of an ongoing prank war tradition at the school. But as Hughes caught and chased after the teens, he slipped and fell on the wet road and was tragically run over.
The family attorney for Jaden Wallace saying this quote, as he was leaving the home, Jaden never saw Mr. Hughes and Jaden's vehicle had only traveled a few feet when the accident occurred.
