Chapter 1: What is the main topic discussed in this episode?
Unrest continues. I'm Debra Valentine, Fox News. Protests continuing on the streets of Minneapolis over ICE's continued illegal immigration enforcement. Fox's Bill Malusian reports from Minneapolis.
Tensions and tear gas flaring in Minnesota as anti-ICE chaos boils over.
Chapter 2: What are the latest updates on protests in Minneapolis over ICE enforcement?
Protesters taking out their anger on federal immigration agents and their vehicles as the two sides squared off once again. The feds are cracking down on the lawlessness. Homeland Security charging Raul Gutierrez, who they say is a Latin Kings gang member, with stealing a rifle and body armor. As some progressives call to defund ICE, congressional Democrats held a field hearing in nearby St.
Paul. They point the finger at the Trump administration for the ongoing violence that intensified after an ICE agent shot and killed Rene Good in what DHS calls self-defense. While President Trump has threatened to invoke the Insurrection Act, for now, he says he's not quite ready to send in the military.
Fox News has learned federal prosecutors are investigating both Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Fry for allegedly impeding immigration enforcement efforts on the ground. Attorneys for Charlie Kirk's accused killer, Tyler Robinson, are trying to remove prosecutors from the case.
Tyler Robinson's lawyers say a child of an attorney in the Utah County Attorney's Office dubbed Prosecutor A was 85 feet away from Charlie Kirk when he was fatally shot in September, arguing this is a conflict of interest. Judge Tony Graff not granting the defense's motion to disqualify prosecutors based on a briefing with this information, but granting an evidentiary hearing.
The defense grilling Utah County Attorney Jeff Gray about what he knew of his colleague's situation.
He reported a couple of times that he talked to his child and said that she was doing fine.
Prosecutors calling this a stall tactic. The hearing will continue on February 3rd. Kristen Goodwin, Fox News.

Chapter 3: What charges have been brought against Raul Gutierrez in connection with the protests?
Investigators say suspect Rahman Rose believed he was being monitored and harassed by law enforcement before the December 23rd shooting. State Police Corporal Matthew Snook was working overtime at the Newcastle Department of Motor Vehicles reception desk when Rose came in, approached him from behind and shot him multiple times while protecting a DMV employee.
Police said Friday Rose had told others he believed police were targeting him and had posted on social media about being the victim of gang stalking, which authorities describe as a belief that one is being surveilled and harassed by government entities. He was shot by a New Castle County police officer and later died at a hospital. Lisa Lucera, Fox News.
Virginia lawmakers back redrawing congressional maps, paving the way for a voter referendum.
Virginia voters may soon decide whether to approve a redrawn congressional map that could favor Democrats. The Democratic-controlled state Senate advanced a proposed constitutional amendment Friday that would allow mid-decade redistricting as part of a broader national fight over House maps.
Lawmakers have not released a redrawn map yet, but say voters will see one before a likely April referendum. Virginia Democrats argue they cannot afford to stand by while Republican-led states redraw maps to their advantage. Republicans say doing so would undermine the state's push for fair districts. Carmen Roberts, Fox News.
If Virginia voters approve the amendment, it would remain in effect until 2030. Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer of New York says he would push to restore funding that was cut by the Department of Government Efficiency, or DOGE. And he even added to the original amounts. Schumer made the comments on Thursday at a forum held by the Center for American Progress. I'm Deborah Valentine.
