The brazen attack killed four Americans, including Ambassador Christopher Stevens.
According to a federal indictment, al-Bakoush and others armed, stormed the diplomatic complex in Benghazi and set it on fire. In addition to Stevens, U.S. government personnel, Tyrone Woods, Glenn Doherty, and Sean Smith were also killed.

Wagner faces federal charges for allegedly threatening to assault and murder ICE officers and encouraging his social media followers to do the same.
Attorney General Pam Bondi says, quote, if you come for law enforcement, the Trump administration will come for you. This as more roadblocks are planned for this weekend. Agitators have been setting up neighborhood checkpoints and IDing drivers to make sure they aren't ICE officers before allowing them to pass.
Borders are Tom Homan is responding to the blocks being placed by protesters saying that these won't work against ICE agents or Border Patrol. A new record for the Dow Jones Industrial Average. Fox Business Network's Lydia Hu reports.
