President Trump on Truth Social threatening further strikes to avenge the deaths of three American troops and wounding of five others.

Chapter 2: How are U.S. and Israeli forces responding to Iranian attacks?
It's something that's imperative to our national security to rid the world. And it's in our American interest to have regime change in Tehran.
Ten Israelis were also killed in the joint effort. Iran striking back at Israel's major cities after the United States launched Operation Epic Fury, killing its supreme leader. Fox's Trey Yinks reports in Tel Aviv, Israel.
A ballistic missile slammed into the city of Jerusalem, causing significant damage and wounding at least seven people. There was another attack earlier outside of Jerusalem. At least nine people were killed, including six members of the same family. When first responders arrived, they were digging through the rubble. Most of the country waited in bomb shelters.

There are air raid sirens that are sounding in northern Israel in the city of Haifa. Haifa is Israel's third largest city. There are concerns right now that the Lebanese militant group Hezbollah may have gotten directly involved in the fight.
Israel says the IDF struck Hezbollah targets in Beirut and Lebanon in response to the rocket fire. And three close allies of the U.S., Britain, France, and Germany, said they are ready to join forces to defend their interests in the Middle East. America's listening to Fox News.

The Senate's going to be hearing from War Department Secretary Pete Hegseth, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and others at 3.30 p.m. Eastern Time Tuesday. The House will be getting briefed at about 5. The briefings come as several lawmakers consider a War Powers resolution that would restrain President Trump's attack on Iran.
Both the House and Senate had already drafted resolutions long before the strike Saturday. Under the War Powers Act of 1973, the president's supposed to notify Congress within 48 hours of deploying troops. Then it requires their withdrawal within 60 to 90 days unless Congress approves an extension. Jill Nadeau, Fox News.

Chapter 5: What details are emerging about the mass shooting in Austin, Texas?
At least three people were killed, including the shooter, 14 injured in the early Sunday morning shooting. Alex Dorn is the acting special agent in charge of the San Antonio field office.
Obviously, it's still way too early in the process to determine an exact motivation. but there were indicators on the subject and in his vehicle that indicate potential nexus to terrorism.
Officials say the gunman was seen wearing a hoodie referencing Allah. Three of those hospitalized are in critical condition. U.S. and Israeli strikes on Iran rattling global markets, sending oil prices higher and shares sharply lower, including a 2% drop on the Nikkei, amid fears of supply disruptions through the Strait of Hormuz.
And thousands of supporters of former President Jair Bolsonaro rallied across Brazil Sunday, dressed in the nation's yellow and green, voicing opposition to President Lula da Silva ahead of October's election. Bolsonaro is currently imprisoned after a failed coup attempt.
