Coming from some sources that are involved in this, we're told that a false statement charge and an obstruction of justice charge. There were three that were brought before the grand jury and the grand jury handed up an indictment on two of those. So alleged false statement and alleged obstruction of justice. Attorney General Pam Bondi said that she could not comment.

We are learning more about the shooter behind the fatal shooting in an ICE detention facility in Dallas, Texas Wednesday that left a detainee dead and two others injured.
