A mass shooting in Utah. I'm Ted Lindner, Fox News. Two people were killed tonight, eight others injured after a shooting at a funeral outside of Salt Lake City Church. This happened Wednesday evening of the eight injured. Three are in critical condition, according to police, and no suspects are in custody following that incident at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
In time, Minneapolis Democratic Mayor Jacob Fry is blaming ICE after an immigration agent killed a woman while she was in her vehicle on Wednesday. They are already trying to spin this as an action of self-defense. Having seen the video of myself, I want to tell everybody directly that is.
But the Homeland Security Secretary says the woman struck an ICE agent with her car and she, as others, attempted to block an ICE operation. Secretary Noem said the deceased woman, identified by local officials as Renee Nicole Good, used her car as a weapon to attack a federal agent.
The ICE officer, fearing for his life and the other officers around him and the safety of the public, fired defensive shots. Secretary Noem said cars used as weapons against federal agents happens too often. And I'm asking the Department of Justice to prosecute it as domestic terrorism.
Secretary Noem said she did discuss the incident with Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and noted their different viewpoints of it. Fox's Grinnell Scott. And on Capitol Hill, House Oversight hearing looking at allegations of mass taxpayer fraud in Minnesota. Now they're looking at the state's Attorney General Keith Ellison. Why?
Because the state's top cop here in Minnesota was caught in an audio recording behind closed doors meeting with a group of soon-to-be convicted Somali fraudsters. They were asking the Attorney General for help to get more funding. And also this group was talking about supporting his campaign. So Keith Ellison is pushing back on this. He said that he takes fraud seriously.

GOP Governor Ron DeSantis says he's calling a special session of the Republican legislature and explained why he's waiting until late April. There's a Supreme Court decision that's going to affect the validity of some of these districts nationwide, including some of the districts in the state of Florida.
While President Trump is pushing GOP-led states to redraw their congressional maps to benefit Republicans, Governor DeSantis says Florida has a real need to update its maps. We've had 10 years of population change and just since COVID, easy. State Democratic leaders call the push for new maps illegal, reckless, and opportunistic. Carmen Roberts, Fox News.
In 2010, Florida voters approved an amendment banning partisan gerrymandering. Over the last year, the state Supreme Court upheld a DeSantis-backed map that critics say violates the Fair District's amendment. Stocks finished mixed Wednesday.
