President Trump addressing diplomats from more than 40 countries in Washington today for the first meeting of his Board of Peace, announcing the U.S. is pledging $10 billion, while member nations contribute more than $7 billion, and seven nations now committing troops and police for an international stabilization force in Gaza. The administration says all of it in coordination with the U.N.
In the backdrop, though, uncertainty growing about an attack on Iran. Trump says he'll make a decision in the next 10 to 15 days. On track with the two weeks the Iranians have to come up with proposals to address gaps between the two sides. Five days ahead of his State of the Union address, the president also has the economy and the midterms at top of mind.

Police in the UK have released former Prince Andrew from custody. Fox's Stephanie Bennett reports from London.
Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor was arrested at his home on the Sandringham Estate around 8 a.m. local time by multiple unmarked police cars and plainclothed officers. Police searching the home and his former address, the Royal Lodge in Windsor today, where he, of course, lived before being stripped of his royal titles last year. Andrew was arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office.
It comes after the Thames Valley police said they were investigating claims that Andrew shared confidential government documents with the late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein while serving as UK trade envoy in 2010.
The former prince was reportedly detained for 12 hours. Investigators appear to be at a standstill in the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie from her Tucson, Arizona home. Fox's Jonathan Hunt has the latest from Tucson.
So you've got 400 or so agents and deputies on the ground here. The investigation, the search for clues and evidence is running 24-7 and yet still no major breakthrough. In fact, the sheriff's department here just announcing, for instance, that the only positive identification they have from that doorbell camera video is the backpack the suspect was carrying. No ID on the gun, for instance.
No ID on the holster. No positive ID on the clothing being worn. A former FBI hostage negotiator, meantime, tells Fox it might be time for another appeal to the public.
Authorities have received more than 50,000 tips combined between local police and the FBI, though they have yet to identify a person of interest. The North American Aerospace Defense Command said Thursday it detected and tracked multiple Russian military aircraft operating in international airspace off Alaska.
