Chapter 1: What updates are there on the TSA and ICE's roles during the government shutdown?
Looking for clear skies and short lines, I'm Angelo Bavaro, Fox News. The massive crowds at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport this week appear to be coming down, at least for now.
TSA workers are set to get paid as early as tomorrow, thanks to President Trump's executive order. And we're also seeing ICE agents helping out TSA in any way they can. Initially, ICE was helping with controlling crowds and managing lines, but we're now seeing a lot of them checking people's IDs before
for the TSA checkpoint, so those TSA workers still showing up to work and focus on specialty screening. ICE agents here are saying it's unclear how long they will stay at airports. And even though the president's order will soon start paying TSA workers, Congress still cannot come to an agreement to fully fund DHS.
That is Fox's Madison Scarpino. And lawmakers in Congress still going back and forth trying to end that partial government shutdown.
Chapter 2: How is President Trump addressing the funding issues for DHS?
President Trump says he's angry at Democrats for not fully funding DHS before departing for the Easter recess. He also had some words for some Republican leaders in Congress. I don't want to say they ruined it. They made my job a lot harder. Congress left town with dueling bills to fund homeland security, but with no resolution. The Senate version lacks funding for ICE and Border Patrol.
The House bill funds all of DHS for the next two months. Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer says Johnson's bill is not the solution to end the DHS shutdown. A 60-day CR that locks in the status quo is dead on arrival in the Senate, and Republicans know it. Senate Republicans say ICE funding was already quadrupled in the one big beautiful bill, calling it shutdown proof.
Chapter 3: What is the current situation regarding U.S. military operations in the Middle East?
Fox's Lucas Tomlinson, the roughly 50,000 TSA agents have missed two full paychecks during this ongoing funding lapse, leading hundreds to quit their jobs. America is listening to Fox News.

More U.S. troops arriving in the Middle East as the Iranian-backed Houthi rebels enter the war, launching a ballistic missile attack against Israel.
Four weeks into Operation Epic Fury, reports indicate the United States is preparing for the possibility of ground operations into Iran. 3,500 additional U.S. service members arrived in the CENTCOM area of operations this weekend, including 2,500 Marines on the USS Tripoli, an amphibious assault ship.
Chapter 4: What are the implications of the Iranian missile attacks on Israel?
The buildup comes as U.S. and Israeli forces targeted a variety of positions across Iran over the weekend, including Iranian steel manufacturing plants and nuclear development facilities. Iran is continuing its attacks against Israel, launching ballistic missiles into central and southern Israel over the weekend.
Multiple people were wounded at a direct impact site outside of Jerusalem, and a man was killed on Friday evening in Tel Aviv as bomblets from an Iranian cluster munition rained down on the population of central Israel.
Fox's Trey Yinks, the White House addressing reports of a possible ground operation, saying it does not mean the president has made a decision to do that. We are hearing from the family of the Loyola University Chicago student, who authorities say was shot and killed by an illegal migrant.
18-year-old Sheridan Gorman grew up in Yorktown Heights, New York. The community gathered Saturday night to remember her. Sheridan's devastated mother, Jessica, spoke. As a mom, I'm angry.
Chapter 5: What can we learn from the tragic story of Sheridan Gorman?
That would make me completely heartbroken. And we are going to fight for justice for our sweet charity. And we're going to fight for change. An illegal immigrant, 25-year-old Jose Medina, allegedly shot and killed Gorman while she was walking with friends along Lake Michigan. He remains in custody, charged with murder and attempted murder. Deborah Valentine, Fox News.
And that suspect appeared in court Friday. He was ordered then to remain in custody. I'm Angelo Bavaro, and this is Fox News.
This is Ainsley Earhart.
