The thirty six year old who killed her three young kids ages five, three, and eight months in twenty twenty three has pleaded not guilty to three counts of first degree murder. Clancy, who did not testify in her defense, admits to strangling the children before throwing herself from a second floor window in a suicide attempt. But the defense argues she was experiencing postpartum psychosis. Hoses and should not be held criminally responsible, her attorney telling the court she lived for her kids.
