Noting the U.S. will waive certain oil-related sanctions and the American Navy will escort ships in the Strait of Hormuz if needed. Also revealing another 100 million barrels of oil are coming to the U.S.
from Venezuela and explaining Cuba will make an economic deal with the U.S. or, quote, we're going to do it just as easy. Kristen Goodwin, Fox News. Australia now says it will give five Iranian women soccer players visas. It's offering to let any of the team's players stay there.

Chapter 6: What is the Save America Act and its potential impact?
Visit go.fox slash Red Cross to donate to service to the Armed Forces today. The Strait of Hormuz remains empty as the fighting rages on in the Middle East, despite calls from President Trump to show some guts.
Kepler tracking data shows just one vessel crossing the Strait of Hormuz with its transponder on in the past 24 hours, and that vessel wasn't carrying oil. On a typical day, the Strait would be buzzing with vessels, even empty oil tankers they load and send back. Now that is paralyzed, according to the head oil analyst at Kepler, Matt Smith.
It's not just the fact that those tankers cannot leave the Mid-East Gulf. It's the fact that you cannot get ballast, empty tankers in to load any more crude.
And while Kuwait, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Qatar have cut production to the tune of at least six million barrels a day, oil is trading below its highs on optimism that global reserves will be tapped.
Chapter 7: How are Democrats responding to the Save America Act?
In Englewood, New Jersey, Laurence Simonetti, Fox Business.
The president says he does not want to sign anything else before passing the Save America Act, which would require photo identification, proving U.S. citizenship to vote. Fox's Chad Pergram at the Capitol. This would sidetrack virtually everything else in the Senate.
Keep in mind that you can pass something in the Senate and the House of Representatives and send it to the president and it can become law. even if he doesn't sign it within 10 days, Sundays excluded. So maybe they could get the DHS funding deal done that way. But there's no impetus to get there right now. He is putting all of his eggs in one basket on trying to pass the Save America Act.
And they have to get this through the Senate. They would have to clear a filibuster that takes 60 votes. But there's a coalition of some Senate conservatives who say, let's make Democrats get up and filibuster the old fashioned way. Democrats, including Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer of New York, are against this bill.
They say the only thing that it would do is disenfranchise tens of millions of people who would otherwise be legally able to vote. I'm Daria Aldinger.
