Prosecutor Corain O'Byrne saying cops gave chase to neighboring Waukesha County and boxed Dixon's van in that he jumped out and climbed into a nearby squad car, crashed into other cruisers and kept the chase alive before later being captured. Dixon faces more than 80 years in prison if convicted of all the charges against him.

A potential fire hazard leads to a new recall for BMW.
Nearly 90,000 vehicles from the German auto giant are at risk of catching fire from overheating engine starters. That from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. The company reported the overheating can happen from the engine starter wearing internally. NHTSA says dealers will replace the faulty part free of charge.
And letters to impacted owners are expected to be mailed by March 24th. BMW recalled 200,000 vehicles last fall for a similar issue, bringing the total number of affected vehicles to more than 341,000. The agency reports the recall covers certain Toyota Supra models. CJ Papa, Fox News.
