We will not live on our knees, and you shouldn't either. The president in a Truth Social post calls Comey one of the worst human beings in the country.
The charges relate to Comey's testimony to Congress about the FBI investigation into the 2016 election and allegations of Trump campaign Russia collusion the president calls a hoax. Comey is charged with obstruction and making false statements.
President Trump last week pushed for the Justice Department to move forward with an indictment against Comey, demanding in a truth social post that justice be served now. Comey was FBI director when the Russia investigation was opened. He was fired just a few months into the first Trump term. That's fine. Fox's Grinnell Scott.
We're learning more about the gunman who shot at an immigration enforcement facility in Dallas, Texas this week that he tracked ICE agents using an app. And Fox's Madeline Rivera reports. Federal officials say the shooter spent months planning this attack that they say was meant to kill ICE agents. They say they found a collection of notes in 29-year-old Joshua John's house.
The notes included a game plan of the attack, and he called ICE agents people showing up to collect a dirty paycheck. No agents were shot, but three ICE detainees were. One died. John shot and killed himself. President Trump signed an order facilitating the sale of TikTok to American investors away from Chinese control to prevent a ban of the social media app mandated by law.
Vice President Vance says... There was some resistance on the Chinese side, but the fundamental thing that we wanted to accomplish is that we wanted to keep TikTok operating, but we also wanted to make sure that we protected Americans' data privacy as required by law.
President Trump's going to impose more tariffs next month, this time targeting some imported pharmaceuticals, trucks, furniture, household products.
