The one in Oregon started late last night after two police officers in Portland were shot. Both are now in stable condition. In Indiana, a judge was targeted in his home in Lafayette on Sunday. Some Maui residents are challenging it on the basis of the 2022 Bruin decision in which the high court stated gun control laws must be rooted in tradition. But this case, which could affect similar laws in other states, could seek to balance Second Amendment rights with private property rights. Eben Brown, Fox News.
