Police also picked up a digital trail from canvassing the neighborhood, including Nevis Valente being seen on video in a dark mask and glasses, entering Brookline businesses and even buying food. Local, state and federal agencies were part of the six-day search.

The Department of War is confirming additional boat strikes in the Caribbean and Eastern Pacific. In a statement, the Pentagon says, at the direction of South Com Commander General Francis Donovan, the Joint Task Force Southern Spear conducted three strikes on three vessels operated by designated terrorist organizations. They note the boats were traveling along known narco-trafficking routes.
Two strikes killed eight men on two different vessels in the Eastern Pacific. Three men were killed in one strike on a boat in the Caribbean.
