Chapter 1: What sparked the protests against ICE in Minneapolis?
Thousands protest against ICE in Minneapolis. I'm Carmen Roberts, Fox News. Protests continue to ramp up after the release of the ICE agent's video showing the confrontation with Renee Good before he shot and killed her Wednesday.
Even after watching that new video, Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Fry doubled down on his view that the shooting was completely unjustified and that the officer... We've got all two eyes. And I can see a person that is trying to leave. I can see an ICE agent that was not run over by a car.
Today, Minneapolis police chief said that his officers are trying to walk this fine line now between targeting this criminal behavior that may be happening at protests and trying not to become a target of these large groups. Fox's Garrett Tenney reporting.
Sheriff's deputies in Clay County, Mississippi, say the man arrested and charged with the murder of six people last night is related to all of them, including a seven-year-old girl. This guy went on our radar.
Chapter 2: What led to the arrest in the Clay County murder case?
I mean, this is family members that he went after. And nobody has reported anything to us. So it can happen anywhere. The best thing we can do is just stay on our toes and get out here and promote, you know, this anti-gun violence. It's just too much of it going on. Sheriff Eddie Scott, for now, 24-year-old Doritka Moore faces one count of murder, but prosecutors say they may file more charges.
U.S. military says it carried out large-scale strikes against ISIS in Syria today as part of retaliation of President Trump ordered last month. Officials say this is payback for the killing of those two Iowa National Guard soldiers and their American interpreter last month in Syria. If you recall, there was a first wave of airstrikes against the Islamic State in Syria on December 19th.

Court records show deputies arrested the ex-husband of an Ohio dentist's wife who was killed in a double murder last month. Deputies in Columbus arrested 39-year-old Michael McKee today, charged him with the murder of Spencer and Monica Tepe. U.S. State Department is warning Americans to leave Venezuela.
They say there are reports that armed militia are setting up checkpoints at different locations around Caracas and that they are looking for Americans.
Chapter 4: What is the current situation regarding political prisoners in Venezuela?
Meantime, that interim government has begun to release some political prisoners, at least eight. They're expected to be holding more than 800 opponents of the Maduro regime, but some are getting out, being reunited with their families. The socialist dictator, Nicolas Maduro, is gone, but most of his regime is still in their same offices.
Some analysts are warning that their time in office needs to be a temporary measure. Fox's Steve Harrigan reporting from the Venezuela-Colombia border. Dozens of wounded veterans are participating in an annual bicycle ride through the Florida Keys this weekend.
Yesterday, 45 men and women, along with their supporters, cycled along the overseas highway, including the Seven Mile Bridge, that event organized by the Wounded Warrior Project. Founding member and guitarist for the Grateful Dead, Bob Weird Eyes. A post on his Instagram account says Weir died peacefully today from an underlying lung issues. And that was after he courageously beat cancer.
