GAG25: Eine kaiserliche Bibliothek des Menschengeschlechts

1575 wird Hugo Blotius zum ersten offiziellen Bibliothekar der kaiserlichen Bibliothek in Wien – die heutige Nationalbibliothek. Er erfindet in der Folge nicht nur den Leihschein, sondern plant mit der »Bibliotheca Generis Humani Imperatoriae« eine Bibliothek gigantischen Ausmaßes. Ein besonderer Dank geht diesmal an Ralf Stockmann: Nicht nur, weil er uns als Hugo Blotius zur Verfügung stand, sondern auch, weil er das Ultraschall-Projekt auf die Beine gestellt hat und auch sonst die Podcasting-Community maßgeblich voranbringt.
