When was the last time you gave yourself a mental and emotional boost? Every once in a while, we need to reset and bring ourselves back to center. Feeding yourself positive affirmations allows you to elevate your mood, find a sense of peace, and shift your perspective to help you keep your life together, girl! The Get Your Life Together, Girl mini bi-monthly reset is here to help you reset and remember who you are. Find a comfortable position and take a full deep breath. You arrived in this world with a spark, a fiery ambition in your core, and motivation to live a defined set of purposes. When you align with your why, the world rearranges itself to offer you infinite possibilities. Yet, when you are out of alignment with your purpose, it works to arrange everything to bring you back—the hardships, the trails, roadblocks, detours, and attention-grabbers. All of which are designed to help guide you home, to guide you to your purpose. The truth is, you have the power to find your way to your purpose and into alignment by going within and listening to your inner voice. Take a full deep breath and let it go. Let these words remind you of your inner power. A great lie is generally accepted across the planet—the lie that we are here to live within and serve a singular purpose. Life is filled with many different ways to contribute and purposefully live. Within this understanding, we can accept that our ability to thrive, create, and consciously be is never singular. In our living, we inherently make a difference, whether it's in one life or the lives of thousands, as long as we courageous listen to what we are being guided toward. In living within our purpose, we lead; we are creators of thoughts, emotions, and innovation. Take a full deep breath and let it go. When we question our why, what we are really questioning is our inner voice. Purpose is found within our thoughts; it's within the pushes, the sometimes-unsettling gnawing in your stomach, your heart's desire and wish for more—it's the souls stirring that wakes us up tonight. It's inside the words, "If things were different, I would…" "If I could do anything, it would be.…" "If only…" "One day…" "I wish…" You see, purpose is always within you. It's yours for the taking. You are capable of purposefully creating all of the pieces of how you want to show up, how you want to create your life, and how you deliberately live. You are the powerful storyteller of your life, no one else. And no one can guide you or define your purpose. This is an inside job. In owning this truth, you must also acknowledge and own that your purpose can be two-fold, ten-fold, and even twenty-fold. Whatever it is, it's time to reset your mind and give yourself permission to thrive. You see, abundance thrives in joy. Purpose breeds freedom. You are not your plan B, C, D, or F. At any time, you have the power to edit and rewrite your purpose-driven story. Take another deep breath and let it go. Your purpose is waiting. Your why is calling. Reset. Give yourself the ability to catapult the doors of your life wide open by owning your purpose story. I AM I am…Two of the most powerful words in any language. Words that direct our emotions and thoughts into movements that support us. I am the powerful creator of my life, and I create through my purpose. I am the direction pointer of my life. I am living to infuse my purposes into everything I do. I am bettering myself through the work I am meant to do. I am leaning into my sense of purpose each and every day to gain clarity, strength, and abundance. I am purposeful and steadfast in my actions. I am blessed and highly favored. I am purpose. Anytime you need a moment to come back to center. Repeat these words and lean into your truth. the truth that you are the creator of your life. Everything starts and ends with you.
