Trump threatens additional 100% tariff on China

President Trump has said he will impose additional 100% import tariffs on Chinese goods by next month, and put export controls on any and all critical software. He said this was in response to China placing new restrictions on exports of crucial rare earth minerals. The news led to US stock markets registering their biggest one-day fall in months.
