Inner child work, also referred to as inner child healing, is a way to address our needs that may not have been met as children and to heal the pain or attachment wounds, that we may have experienced as a child. When we experience intense feelings & emotions in our day to day life, this is usually because our inner child within is reliving a repressed emotion that has been activated by a present day event and which is reminiscent of an old painful feeling.Some of us may have undergone some trauma as a child, which may have resulted in Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and so by healing our inner child, will allow us to go back to the time of this pain/trauma and to subconsciously accept what happened to us, to enable us forgive and to move on consciously. In this workshop, David will take us through a guided meditation which will enable us to create the space and to go into ourselves so that we can explore our authentic feelings.
