06. IIN & Studying Holistic Health

The Institute of Integrative Nutrition, IIN, is an amazing school based in New York, that offers an incredible health coaching program. I took it myself in 2018 and absolutely loved it! It was my first real education within health and wellness, and it was the kick-start to HEALTH BY M. Even though you become a health coach afterwards, you can do so much with this education, and many of IIN’s alumni have started all kinds of business within holistic health. Many inspiring people within this industry started out with this program, and some are also now faculty at IIN, sharing their knowledge and experience in own lectures.
