We often tend to crave sweet and unhealthy foods, skip workouts, feel too fatigue to stick to our daily routines and to-do's when we're sleep deprived, so it really is essential. If you are having trouble sleeping, hypnosis may help as it relaxes the body and put our brain into the Theta brainwaves, which is the state we are in right before we fall asleep.
