#49 Cómo el marketing del fitness ha prostituido el entrenamiento en condiciones inestables

Durante los últimos años, el marketing del fitness ha conseguido que hablar de entrenamiento inestable sea sinónimo de utilizar un Bosu o un Fitball. Asociamos de forma directa e inconsciente, los beneficios del entrenamiento inestable a este tipo de elementos. ¿Pero cómo lo han hecho? ¿En qué se parecen estos elementos a las condiciones inestables que realmente nos pueden beneficiar? ¿Tiene sentido trabajar con este tipo de elementos si somos deportistas de resistencia?
