First time they saw the Heat this season. Heat have been better than expected, much like the Celtics. Both teams, oh no, both teams had 15 wins heading in, and the Celtics picked up a 129-116 victory, largely sparked by a massive fourth quarter showing.

And they're going up against Kahlil Ware and Bam Adebayo, who combined for almost 20 rebounds, if not more. I haven't checked since late in the fourth quarter, so they might have grabbed one or two more. Yeah, Kahlil Ware at 14. So they had a monstrous night on the glass. They had nine offensive rebounds between the two of them. Those are two guys who are just behemoths. And Jack Jonas was also just all over the offensive glass early in the game. But the point is, did I get it right or no?

Look at me, worldly pronouncing names. But the Celtics... Continue to fight. The Celtics continued to just run on Miami. It helped them get out in this game. But, you know, with the offensive rebound, sometimes it just doesn't bounce your way. Like, it felt like some of those misses were just going right to the only spots in the court where there were no Celtics guys. There was one that Drew Smith got that was his own miss in the second half, and it hit the paint. It hit the ground. underneath the basket and he got his own miss and there were four Celtics around it. They just were all kind of in the wrong.

I mean, it was bad, but like, it was just like, of course it dropped right in the middle of the bucket where nobody could actually grab it. Like it was just like a weird bloop single type play where, yeah, they maybe could have got a better jump on it, but it's just landed in the wrong place. And it felt like there were a bunch of those where Miami kind of got their hands to the ball. And in my opinion, this game was a lot closer than it should have been throughout the first three quarters just because they're getting breaks, they're getting loose balls, and that's effort stuff. But they just kind of got everything their way, and they got those second-chance points.
