Chapter 1: What does the Trump administration's release of Epstein's letter entail?
Surprise, surprise, Josh Welch is back. And also, surprise, surprise, Trump's DOJ just released a Jeffrey Epstein suicide note. I'm calling BS on it. Just want to get that out on the front end of this. Pop this up.
uh david enric post epstein's apparent suicide note unsealed today at the request of the new york times here's what it says they investigated me for months found nothing nothing is in cap block
which is eerily familiar it is a treat to be able to choose one's time to say goodbye what you want me to do bust out crying and then we go to caps lock no fun not worth it um josh looks exactly like a donald trump tweet
I can just imagine in my waning hours as I'm in my cell that I'm going to put shit in all caps. I'm going to put all these exclamation points as I'm about to hang myself. I'm thinking about my whole life flash right by me and I exclamation point, exclamation point, exclamation point.
Okay. Let's just role play here for a second that Donald Trump did author allegedly this suicide note. I think that wasn't the final version. I think it might have been a little bit more detailed and somebody walked him back from it. What do you think?
The reason why we know that this didn't come from Trump is because there would have been a last sentence that would have said, oh, by the way, Donald Trump didn't have anything to do with any of this shit that people are talking about. And because it doesn't contain that sentence, I'm convinced that maybe Trump didn't write it.
All right. And so Epstein's cellmate, Nicholas Tartiglione, said he discovered the note in July 2019 after Mr. Epstein was found unresponsive with a strip of cloth wrapped around his neck. Mr. Epstein survived that incident, but he was found dead weeks later at the age of 66.

Chapter 2: Why do the hosts doubt the authenticity of Epstein's suicide note?
And here's more reporting from The New York Times. The note was made public on Wednesday by Judge Kenneth M. Karas of Federal District Court in White Plains, New York, who oversaw the cellmates case.
The judge acted after the New York Times petitioned the court last Thursday to unseal the document and publish an article in which Mr. Tartaglione described the note and how it came into his possession. The Times has not authenticated whether Mr. Epstein wrote the note, which was placed on the court docket Wednesday evening.
And the release of the note came on the same day that the House Oversight Committee held a closed door meeting with Treasury Secretary Howard Letnick. And you may remember Howard Letnick is the guy that came out in the Epstein files who's basically begging Epstein if he can stop by his island on his yacht and he's giving his kids ages and genders. It's really weird shit.
And I think he said prior to his testimony that he hadn't spoken or talked to Jeffrey Epstein since 2005. Barely knew him. It turned off fine. And then there's all these emails like, yeah, it's kind of a comedy show. You can't keep up with all the lying. Who's lying the most? This guy, Tartaglione. He was sentenced recently to four consecutive life sentences. He's a former police officer.
He finds this note, he says, four days after Epstein's suicide attempt. And keep in mind, he's trying to use this note in a court proceeding to get leniency from a judge because he's arguing or using it to show that he tried to save his life. So put that in context. If you're a defendant, how bad must it be that you're asking for leniency because you tried to save Jeffrey Epstein's life?
There's probably not a lot of love to give for you, even if you did do that, which you didn't, I'm sure. But yeah, this is comical at best.
And here is Ro Khanna on Howard Letnick. Play the clip.
I know why that interview was not videotaped. If Donald Trump had seen the video transcript, he would have fired Howard Letnick. It was really embarrassing. He was asked very straightforward questions about whether he regretted misleading the American people. I mean, he said that he would never see Epstein again in 2005. And everyone knows that he took his wife and kids to see Epstein in 2012.
And yet it was just contortions and lies and no acknowledgment that he misled the American public. And if you saw the exchanges that my colleagues had with him, you would see he made a force of the English language.

Chapter 3: What details surround the circumstances of Epstein's death?
I mean, it's clear as day that because Jeffrey Epstein was wealthy, because he had leverage with leaders, or on leaders could possibly have information about them. It was clear that this deal was cut. And then after it was cut, everybody was talking and running, trying to blame everybody else for doing it.
And there are even some Democratic administrations along the way that we could say honestly could have done a more thorough job of cleaning this up. And then you see the same cast of characters that surface over and over, and some of them are in President Trump's cabinet. Think about that. And President Trump is in it.
And then the part that baffles me is that Congress passed this act, this so-called bullshit transparency act, And DOJ is just saying, you know what? We're not going to turn this over. We're just not going to give it to you. We don't give a shit. We realize Congress passed this act, but we're not going to give it to you and we don't care.
And we can't do anything to enforce it because Trump controls DOJ. And if DOJ is not bringing some sort of action, who is? Who else can?
Remind me who controlled the DOJ when Tartaglione found the suicide note. And when Jeffrey Epstein, quote unquote, committed suicide. Who was in charge of the DOJ then?
Well, it would have been 2019. Trump and Bill Barr. Yeah. And another curious fact is that there's two suicide attempts. One that's obviously... successful by Jeffrey Epstein. But both of those, I think one of them, there's zero video. And then the second one, which is of his actual death is, has been tampered with. It's, it's crazy.
It's, you know, it's so painfully obvious, if people want to see it. What happened?
right i mean i don't think there's anybody who believes that this was a suicide i don't think anybody genuinely believes that jeffrey epstein committed suicide and now when you couple that with the fact that trump's doj and trump was president when this alleged suicide took place with now trump 2.0 and these efforts to break the law where congress passes this epstein transparency act and they say you we're not releasing anymore
the uh i always say this and we need to say it over and over again maga maga is an anti-family pro-child rape death cult they are the evidence is just overwhelming that that's what this political party believes that's right and you have todd blanch who we discussed earlier out auditioning for the president you have him meeting with miss maxwell

Chapter 4: How does the involvement of Nicholas Tartaglione complicate Epstein's case?
And if you think, well, God, that's not going to happen. That's crazy. It's going to happen. And it is fucking crazy.
All right. Speaking of crazy creeps, let's pop this up. A Secret Service agent involved in protecting Trump has been arrested for allegedly masturbating naked in a hotel hallway. And I just have this question for you, listener. Can anybody around Trump keep their dick in their pants? For God's sakes. Everybody's in the Epstein file. Secret Service whacking off in public.
This guy is on Trump's detail. Is that right, Ryan? Josh.
Well, he looked like he was a little bit intoxicated in that photograph. You read this shit every day. And keep in mind that this is the party that gets to champion the fact that they have Christian values, that their family values. And somehow they can sell this shit across America. They have Fox News and these other outlets that will pitch this.
incredible amount of bullshit to people that will absorb it and soak it in when you have these kind of people. I mean, he sort of personifies MAGA, right?
I'm sure he's a MAGA Christian. I bet you today, right now, he's like, well, I've got to get saved again. And everybody's like, yeah, he does. We're going to go find Jesus again, and that's going to be the end of the public masturbation. And more members of Congress are being investigated for their weird behavior towards women. Pop this up. Here's some scoop.
Sources told Axios they witnessed inappropriate conduct by Representative Chuck Edwards toward two female staffers in their 20s.

Chapter 5: What was the response from the DOJ regarding Epstein's transparency act?
The interactions included gifts, one-on-one dinners, a Vegas trip, and a handwritten letter from Edwards telling a staffer, I only wish I could explain the joy and meaning to me for the time we spent together at the office. But especially away from it. So again, it's always these MAGA Christian alleged pro-family that always turn out to be the MAGA pro-pedophilia anti-family death card.
We know if this guy's married. I mean, that would just make perfect sense if he was, but I couldn't tell from the article.
Yeah, he's married. Multiple sources say the relationship was not discreet and became common knowledge.
So that's the sort of whipped cream and the cherry on top for all this, that you're doing all this stuff. You're married. You're pro-Christian values. You're all the traditional family that you're all the stuff that they all want to be. And you're out doing this kind of shit.
And it makes you understand why people like myself and Jennifer have such disdain for this hypocrisy, for these people that walk around and act like they're Christians and they're good, loving people and they believe in their country and they're patriotic and they're doing all this shit all the time.
The country is just wrought with these people that do this shit. All right. Speaking of fascists.
