Well, I more want to know how you got on. Take us back to Saturday afternoon. There was a lot of build-up about you going. I think you were feeling a little bit of trepidation about how the trip would go. Take me to immigration. What was the immigration process like? That was a big talking point beforehand. Were you there for a long time? Were you grilled? Were your very vocal political views scrutinized by kind of some heavy handed kind of border patrol men? What was the process?
Well, I landed into JFK and it was unbelievably smooth. I mean, I was fearing the worst, obviously, no pre-clearance in Dublin. And I kind of thought, oh, this could be sticky enough. But landed, very short walk to immigration. Very nice man. Asked me what we did on the podcast. Sent me on my way. Walked 10 yards. There was my bag on the carousel. And I thought, New York, you still got it. So it was good.

But that was a relief, obviously, because I thought, oh, God, I mean, is this going to be... 90 minutes or whatever but it was very quiet Jeff K there was no one really there and it was a quick taxi in and then fall asleep and then um well I guess Sunday you heard you know it was um Kerry Dublin and it was Jonathan Wilson and just wandering around New York it's very hot here by the way it's going to be 37 degrees at three o'clock today
And that's kick-off time for the World Cup final, isn't it? Three o'clock local.
Yeah. There are a few concerns about that, actually. But, yeah.
So, you managed to circumvent logistical hiccup number one with the immigration and so on. And then people will have heard your first dispatch from New York, recorded mostly on Sunday and published yesterday. The bit in between was a little bit less smooth than our esteemed engineer, Paul Donegan, made it sound.
