Europe editor Patrick Smyth and Olivia Buckley of the Irish Tax Institute join Ciaran to discuss how the tax will work and why Ireland is so opposed to it.Plus: The 100% Club launched on the fringes of the European Climate Innovation Summit in Dublin this week, aimed at challenging firms to reveal annually the full extent of their greenhouse gas emissions.
