Hey there, it's Kim. Of course, after today's Daily Tech Update, this is amazing. I'm going to share with you this week's Saturday Steals. It's just some of my favorite finds that will make life a little smarter, easier, and tech ahead, all at a great price. The federal government just registered a brand new website. The domain? Aliens.gov. Registered by the executive office of the president.

No content, no FAQs, no explanation. But it's all about timing. This drops one month after President Trump promised to release classified UFO and alien files. Washington usually names its website something so boring it cures insomnia, but they named this one aliens.gov. My bold prediction?

102.686 - 126.31 Kim Komando

This becomes the most trafficked government website in history the day it launches, bigger than the IRS, the DMV. And for once, Americans will actually want to read a government document. You don't grab that domain to post a PDF. I guess the truth is out there, and now it's got a .gov address. Keep up to date on all things AI. Sign up for my free newsletter at

127.285 - 148.829 Kim Komando

And now it's time for your Saturday steals. If you like tech that works hard and costs less, you're going to love these. Now, let's jump into some of my best finds from this week. And don't forget to visit my Amazon shop where you can find all my deals and recommended tech on demand. Just head to Amazon.com slash shop slash Kim Commando. All right, let me give it to you again.

149.37 - 172.362 Kim Komando

Amazon.com slash shop slash Kim Commando with a K, of course. Every business is asking the same question. How do we make AI work for us? The possibilities are endless and guessing is way too risky. Sitting on the sidelines is not an option. Your competitors are already making their move. This is exactly the solution I turn to. With NetSuite by Oracle, you can put AI to work today.

172.342 - 191.72 Kim Komando

As the number one AI cloud ERP, trusted by over 43,000 businesses, it brings your financials, inventory, commerce, HR, and CRM together into one single source of truth, making your AI smarter. It doesn't guess. It knows. It automates routine tasks, delivers insights, cuts costs, and powers fast AI decisions.

Chapter 2: What new government website was registered and why is it significant?

260.367 - 286.768 Kim Komando

No apps, no ads, no screen time guilt. So three deals. You can find them right now at WTOP.com. Oh, my gosh. I had no idea cactuses were so expensive. I live in Phoenix, Arizona. Yes, where it's over 100 degrees for some reason this time of year. And so I needed to buy nine cactuses. And he said it would be $900. Now, before you say like, oh, my gosh, a cactus is only a couple of bucks.

0

286.788 - 299.203 Kim Komando

No, it's not. When you want a big cactus, it's going to cost you some money. And so I'm looking at these cactuses thinking to myself, this does not look like $900 worth of cactuses. I mean, this is not my first time living in the desert, right?

Chapter 3: How does the launch of Aliens.gov relate to UFO disclosure?

299.844 - 317.286 Kim Komando

So I opened up ChatGPT voice mode. I turned on the camera, and I walked down the row. And what I did is I put my hand up next to one of the cactuses so that AI could actually figure out how tall these cactuses really were. And then suddenly, two minutes later, I had a full breakdown, cactus by cactus.

0

317.686 - 338.935 Kim Komando

And it turns out that he was putting $20 plants in that mix, not rare specimens, not hard-to-source cactuses. And let me tell you something. I never would have known without using ChatGPT in the camera. And I showed my landscaper what I found. He's actually now adding more plants at his own cost. He's a little prickly, but the point was taken.

0

338.975 - 350.832 Unknown

That leads one to believe that there are other ways, other things in addition to that, that ChatGPT is going to help you out and you would have no idea.

0

351.655 - 352.176 Kim Komando

Exactly.

Chapter 4: What predictions are made about the traffic to Aliens.gov?

352.216 - 374.088 Kim Komando

I mean, before you think this only applies to landscaping, medical billing errors appear in about 80% of all hospital invoices. The average patient is charged about $1,300 over what they should be. So find any estimate that you have sitting around. A contractor quote, dentist bill, hospital invoice. Old ones count, too. I mean, you know, even your water bill.

0

374.329 - 387.671 Kim Komando

And if it involves physical items, plants, parts, products... Use ChatGPT voice mode with your camera. Just hold something next to it for scale. Let it identify what you're looking at. And then you're not being difficult. You're actually being informed.

0

388.072 - 397.609 Unknown

I have to tell you, I had an experience this week with that in auto parts. It was fantastic. I used perplexity, but it was amazing. So I know exactly what you're talking about.

0

398.062 - 419.547 Kim Komando

Now, and this is one of these little AI tricks that a lot of people don't think of. I mean, they sit there and they're like, okay, well, maybe I have to like input the whole estimate. No, you have an assistant with a camera and a video that will also take a video standing right next to you in your favorite AI chat bot. Email, that's always a thing, but there's ways to lock it down. Is that right?

0

419.527 - 439.929 Kim Komando

Well, my friend Lisa called me last night. She was shaking. Someone cleaned out her PayPal, then her Amazon. They tried to hack into her bank account. Basically, all of her accounts in about 40 minutes. And the criminals never touched her password. All they did was get into her email address because a lot of people don't realize what lives inside your inbox, right?

440.149 - 459.754 Kim Komando

Your bank statements, your doctor results, your retirement account. maybe notes about your mortgage, every streaming service, anything that you ever bought any from, and then a single password reset. Just this one link gives criminals access to everything. So they don't really need to hack your bank account or anything like that. They just need to get inside your inbox.

460.354 - 470.307 Kim Komando

And so here's what you need to do is, number one, of course, I know so many people don't want to do this, is that you want to make sure that you have unique passwords for every single thing.

470.287 - 491.091 Kim Komando

And then also, anytime that you set up your accounts, you want to turn on two-factor authentication, but not the text version because those SMS codes can also be sent to your phone that the hackers can get into too. I know this is like overwhelming. I get it, but just work with me. And so what you want to do is use an authenticator app instead.

491.131 - 498.64 Kim Komando

So instead, if it said forgot password, they're going to send you the password via email. They're going to send it to an authenticator app that's only on your phone.
