Chapter 1: What are the Enhanced Games and why are they controversial?
Imagine an Olympics where doping is not only legal, but encouraged. It's the Enhanced Games. Some call it grotesque, others say it's unleashing human potential. Either way, the podcast Superhuman documented it all, embedded in the games and with the athletes for a full year. Within probably 10 days, I put on 10 pounds. I was having trouble stopping the muscle growth.
Listen to Superhuman on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. A win is a win.

Chapter 2: How did Drew Franklin adjust to fatherhood after a hiatus?
Number one, throw away all your socks and buy 20 pairs of the same new socks so you don't have to worry about mismatching.
No. I don't agree with that.
No? Why am I throwing away the socks I already have? Well, you can keep them if you want, but the point is wear one kind of sock so that you don't have to worry about mismatching and you are always consistent and they need to be good, comfortable socks. It has not been 48 hours since I've ordered new socks, so I'm in on this. I keep my sock drawer pretty organized.
I throw out stuff when they lose a match or get a little hole in them. I like this. I started doing this recently of only buying one kind of sock, and then you don't have to sit there and go, oh, is it this one? Is it the right? Just the one kind of sock. I'm for this. So I'm with Drew. Yes.
See, you've got my secret. All my socks are all Hanes socks, so they can come out of the washer and dryer. I can match them together. Same size. All same size. And like Drew said, as soon as they get a hole in them, throw them away. I don't know if that's true.
When you showed that house, there were three little piggies showing there. Your toes were out in my house, too. I don't want to hear that. Shannon, you disagree, though. You want multiple socks. Well, you know, I think there's sometimes you reach in there and you're like, oh, which one am I going to get today? It's like a lottery. Number two, cooking at home. I'm out. I'm out, too. I don't know.
How do you do that? I'm out. I would like to be able to do that. And my hope is when I move into my new home, I will try to do it more. But I actually don't think it would make your life better. I actually think it will make your life harder. I cook at home several meals a day, and I'll admit it is harder. I spend my day like, what do I need from the grocery store? What am I cooking tonight?
So even though I do it, I don't agree with that one. Oregano and turmeric and all this. I don't worry about those. That's exactly right.
I have a rule when it comes to cooking.

Chapter 3: What are some cheap life improvements discussed in this episode?
I can't reach it. I think that's been helpful. Yeah. Yeah. All right. Here's another one. Floss. Floss. I heard we're supposed to be doing this.
Yeah. Flossing's big. I love it when I go to my dentist and she says, when's the last time you flossed? And I said, when was the last time I was here?
And she said, eight years ago. But, you know, here's where floss really shows up. Your breath. Yeah, yeah. Your breath. I mean, like, a few years back, I was having some breath problems, and I was like, I can't seem to get rid of this. And then when I went to the dentist, they were like, do you floss? And I went, well, I mean, don't get me with specifics.
And they were like, that is the difference. And then once I did, then it was. Flossing is, I think, huge.
Nothing worse than being floss shamed at the dentist's office. But I've moved on to water picks. Have you seen these water picks? I have seen the water picks. They gave me one of those.
But that's a whole process. I find that hard to do. You fill it up with water and push a button. Is it Billy's bidet? No, it's not. Use Billy's bidet. Shannon goes there to do it. So there are others, which we may get to later, but those are helpful tips that are small things that will improve your life, and I like those. I do most of those, but I think I need to listen and floss.
And get a library card. Listening is probably the one I need to work on the most. But you should consider reading, Ryan. I do think as you get older, you need to keep that brain working out. Your brain does not get workouts. Your body doesn't either, but your brain really doesn't get workouts.
I read this copy point here they gave us today. Doesn't that count? No. Maybe a library card? I can't even tell you the last time I was in a library. I mean, I honestly sit here right now. I may have been in middle school. I don't remember the last time I was in a library.
Sorry, it sounds like that's going to be a no for you. 859-280-2287. Golisano Children at UK and Norton's Children. Text to give campaign for KSR. We're going to be starting it at 1030. Chapter 4: How does cooking at home affect daily life?
Well, they didn't want to say anything. Because they didn't have anything to say about it. The lesson was, when Eli Capilouto didn't show up to the press conference, the retirement press conference, at the end of the day that told me two things. One, they're pushing him out. And by the way, I firmly believe that. They pushed him out. That wasn't a, well, this is my, they pushed him out.
Because if that was a joyous moment, Capilouto shows up. They pushed him out. And then I actually think it was very rude of him to make him go stand out there on his own. And have to explain it. And then he handled it as poorly as you could handle it, yelling at everybody.
So it was a, you know, I think part of the reason you're seeing, if you'll notice, Jay Blanton at the meeting last week going, we've got to figure out and more get on board PR. They're acknowledging we screwed that up. And I'm glad they did because they did screw it up.
I always felt like if they had handled it the right way.
He might have gotten away with it.
People might have just kind of moved on and forgotten about it.
Don't they do that in Scooby-Doo, Shannon?
Those meddling kids?
If it weren't for those bastardly children, we would have gotten away with it. If they had just better, I actually think they would have gotten away with it, but they didn't. You can't name one job responsibility. You can't just make something up on the spot. They were like, we don't know what it is yet. I've had a few people say, do you think that Mitch Barnhart would punch you and Drew?

Chapter 5: What are the benefits of having a library card?
I mean, it's a million-dollar job. We know it's a million-dollar job. Ryan's getting a library card. He can do it. That's right. 859-280-2287. We'll talk some basketball and raise some money right after this. KSR.

Now, more of Kentucky Sports Radio presented by Stockton Mortgage. Here's Matt Jones.
So your girlfriend, Ryan, says she's not only taking you to the library to get a library card, she's making you check out books. Yes. So I do have a suggestion for people. If you have a book that you think Ryan should get, you should send him a message. Because, Ryan, I want you to get books that don't scare you away.
I think if I give you books, I want something that will kind of ease you into reading.
Well, the last book you gave me, the plot was really good.
You liked it. Well, you know, there's sequels out. It's called The Sequel.
Well, then that's the answer.
All right. Perfect. So now you have the second book.

Chapter 6: Why is outdoor walking considered beneficial?
He was the All-Star one year and was nearly the MVP.
Should have been the MVP, actually.
Well, they lost. Had they won, he probably would have been. So, rest in peace, Odie Smith, a national champion at Kentucky. That All-Star game had 16 Hall of Famers in it, like the list of names. You'd know all of them.
And then there's Odie Smith, and he was the MVP.
And Odie Smith gets named the MVP.
I've never heard that. It's an awesome story. But you're right, he is one of the best U.K. players that you don't know who he is or anything about him. Definitely is Odie Smith. Rest in peace.
Pick your phone up.
Okay.

I mean, at this point, Mark, this is the second episode where we've discussed crack.
