Chapter 1: What is the main topic discussed in this episode?
Hey, before we start the episode, I wanted to share something I am obsessed with, and this is the app Sprive. This is one of those things that you think, why has nobody ever told me about this before? Basically, it helps you overpay your mortgage automatically without spending any extra money, and it feels like a game, and I'm fucking obsessed. Move over, Candy Crush. I'm playing the Sprive game.
So here's what I do. I've connected it to my everyday spending. And so without really noticing, I am overpaying about £50 a month off my mortgage. Now, just to clarify, this is just for money that I would be spending anyway. But here's where it gets fucking amazing, right? It's not just £50 a month, right? That's basic. That money goes straight off your mortgage balance right
which means you're not paying all the interest. It's also tax free. And over time, the compounded effect is where it gets fucking wild. So, for example, I have connected just two basic brands, right? Every week I shop at Tesco and Deliveroo. And just from my weekly shops at both of those places, I am overpaying £50 a month.
But this is also going to save me thousands in interest and shave not months, but years off of my mortgage. Years. And the best part is it is so easy. We all know that I am a technophobe and I set this up in minutes. It runs in the background. You are quietly building your wealth without changing your lifestyle. So if you've got a mortgage, you need to check it out.
I've left the link in the description below. You can thank me later.
You've got like two trillion buzz balls with you, with your buzz ball hat. What? Oh God, that's going to be offensive. But your house is quite small, you know. We can't say that. What the hell do you want from me, woman?
I feel like I'm going to get cancelled from this episode. What up, bitches? Welcome to Law of Attraction, Change My Life. I'm your host, Francesca Ramba. And tell me, it's the Easter holidays and you've got no childcare. Without telling me, it's the Easter holidays and you've got no childcare. Because today, my guest is the one and only Bohemia Rose, my daughter. Hello. Hello.
And I do truly appreciate that you are wearing the merch. This was your idea. Yeah. Yeah, it was. I say merch, you can't buy it, so don't ask. But yeah, those were what we gave all the book club bitches. I just found it in my room. You did. I know. It does fit you, which is great. Anyway, hello, welcome. Hi. You're my favourite guest that I've ever had on and we've not even started yet. Yeah.
And you get that purely because you are my favourite person in the world. Thank you. You're welcome. Bo actually is.

Chapter 2: How do children naturally think about manifestation?
You are quite an inspirational person to me because you're very self-motivated. Yeah. Do you know what that means? Kind of. What? I know, but I don't know. Like you get yourself started. So Bo in the morning, let me tell you about this girl's morning routine, right? She will wake herself up before anyone else in the entire house. I will wake up at 5.45. 5.45, right? She gets her clothes on.
She brushes her teeth. She starts to practice Italian. Yeah. Followed by... Piano. Piano. This girl is teaching herself the piano. And that's like self-motivating. You're, you know, she goes downstairs, she works on her business. She's got many businesses. We're going to get into that. So anyway, I just wanted to say that at the top is you are a very self-motivating person and very inspirational.
When I grow up, I want to be just like Bo. Anyway, Today, we are here to look at the law of attraction through the lens of a child. Now, children are naturally incredible manifestors. We also know that up until the age of, I think it's eight or nine, you may have just missed the boat, that you are actually in a permanent, is it theta brainwave state?
It's the state when you are in a hypnotic state. So you basically soak in everything that you are told about life and that is forming your beliefs. And so I'm just interested to hear what this kid has soaked up after nine years of living with me and the law of attraction. To start off with, what do you think manifesting and the law of attraction actually means?
Manifesting is like where you actually like you believe in it. And like, say, for example, you wanted, I don't know, you really, really wanted to make some money.
um because you were broke or something and and so you manifest like just before you go to bed or something like that like you keep on saying in your head or even like out loud or writing it on paper or anything like that just like I'm going to make money I'm going to make money or like anything like that really um over and over again and then if you keep on truly believing in it it will soon happen yes that right that's it end of the podcast nice to know you're back
That is pretty much it. So it's just, if you think about it, so many people go through life and they never really think about what they want. Like when I grew up, all my friends went to university, but I didn't. Like I was never, I know it sounds crazy, but I was never like told I could go to university. You know how dad really pushes you and says like, you can go and do this class.
You can go and do this thing. I didn't have anyone do that for me. So I just felt like, oh, that's not what I do. And everyone went and got like these boring jobs in the city, like just being secretary. So I felt like, oh, that's what I do. And you kind of get pushed along with life and you don't really realize that you can choose what you want. But then when you realize and you're like, oh,
I can choose to manifest this thing. It's very powerful. Okay, so I've got some questions for you. Are you ready? Yes. Do you think that your thoughts alone can change what happens in your life? So changing your thoughts, do you think that that can change what you experience in your life? In what terms? So say... We're about to fly to LA, right?

Chapter 3: What unique perspective does Bo have on the Law of Attraction?
Tomorrow. So we could, you could be having really awful thoughts about this trip. Like it's going to be really awful. Or you could be having trips, thoughts of like, this trip is going to be amazing. We're going to have so much fun. Do you think that how you think about the trip is going to change your experience of the trip?
I mean, I'm hoping not. And I know I shouldn't really say it here. Yeah, but you're going to. Because of World War III and Donald Trump and everything. No, thanks, Donald Trump. Don't kill me.
No, full offence, Donald Trump.
Full offence, yeah. Yeah, I hope, like, Dad was saying how, like, main problem is, like, like, the plane might not actually have enough fuel to get there. What? Yeah, but I'm hoping that is not the case and that, yeah, like, it is, like, yeah, my thoughts do matter, like, yeah. I don't know how to explain that.
I think you don't need to worry about the plane not having enough fuel. We're going to get there. It's going to be fine. We're going to have a great time. My only fear was what if we get stuck there? Because a lot of my friends have been stuck in various countries. Yeah, that's good because we get to stay in LA. I agree. Yeah.
Imagine if we got to stay there for a month and we just get to live with David on the beach. It'd just be fabulous. Okay. Follow up question. Do you think you're a lucky person?
Yes. Why? Because I go to my friend's house and I go to her house. Are we about to out here for something? Oh God, there's going to be a fight. But your house is quite small, you know? We can't say that. It's not actually though. No, it's not. I feel like that because I'm lucky and I actually have a big house.
yes okay and what other things could you be lucky for I can think of one straight away having a pool having that wasn't what I was going for I was saying your health oh yeah my health my mum oh my dog yeah family really oh yeah oh yes oh my god like family is the number one thing you know the only reason I had a second child was because I wanted you to have a sister why did you do that to me like what did I ever do to you
Because who is my best friend in life? Yeah, but apart from you, my sister. Yeah, Polly, but also my sister. Your sister will be with you long after your mum and dad die. So like, actually, I was doing you a great service by giving you a sister. Imagine how boring your life would be. Holidays, Christmas, birthdays, just on your own. Yeah. It'd be so boring.

Chapter 4: How does Bo describe her morning routine?
You probably know her. Oh, that's your manifestation. Yeah, and I've been manifesting, like I've only just remembered this morning because we were like going over like questions and saying here. Like I manifested for Clover to get into a dog show and wing. And actually on the 25th, I'm going to a dog show with Clover.
And so what I'd manifest right now is that we keep on doing these dog shows and we keep on winging and we get bigger and bigger and like the prizes get better and better. And soon, I don't know, like we reach craft.
Wow.
your nan takes you to crufts every year so Bo's nan has taken her two years in a row now and they've been looking into like young handlers you can do it from the age of six but also in all of the like is it agility or obedience whatever they have no chihuahuas none because they're shit at it but Bo is going to overcome that yeah and she has trained Clover I think that is such a great you could do a YouTube channel about it I've already got one she's already got one where can people follow you wait hold on is there a link in the description yes there is right
Follow the link in the description, guys. Go onto YouTube, Clover and Me. Remember that, Clover and Me. Go into the link in description and subscribe.
Yeah, subscribe. It's actually quite funny. She does that AI videos of the dog and some of them are great. But yeah, you could totally go to Crufts and be on TV and be a young handler. You could totally do that. Easily. Easily. Okay. And let's just remember you did manifest Clover. I did. How did you do that?
um apart from bullying me yeah for a year straight I was just like I guess it started when I got older like when I was six and Rue from the Vaux were like two and um I started like I don't know Rue I I guess I did want a sister but Rue from the Vaux were like too crazy and I guess like the dog is through replacement I guess
The dog is a replacement sister. Basically. A two-inch chihuahua that poos on my rug. She actually doesn't, to be fair to her. Okay, interesting. But you did beg me. We had a very sad story with the dog, didn't we? So Bo is like the dog woman in our village. Yeah. She knows the name, the age, the breed of every dog. We'll be walking down the street and she'll say, oh, that's Alfie and Arlo.
And I'm like, how? how the hell do you know these dogs? Oh, he had an operation on his bum last year. He's nine years old. How do you know all of this? She has dog treats in her pockets. Like she was obsessed. And we did get a puppy, an ill-advised puppy, a cockapoo. Jesus Christ. And she was in absolute pain. It was the worst five days of my life.

Chapter 5: What gratitude practices do they follow in their household?
No, definitely, definitely. Like, that's actually pretty easy. Well, it depends. If I meet Beta Squad, is it like... I actually like know them, like I get their number and I get to do videos with them. No, no, just like, no, like as friends.
Yeah, you become friends and you're in a Beta Squad video.
Oh, definitely Beta Squad.
Yeah.
Because then I can, I get famous and I guess that means a bit more money and that means unlimited sweets. Plus, unlimited sweets isn't that good. Sweets aren't actually that nice.
Yeah. Bo is the opposite of me. So if you give me some sweets or anything that has sugar in it, I will eat the entire packet in five minutes. Whereas Bo will eat one tiny, she'll break a little tiny bit off of her Easter egg and eat one piece a week.
I've still got my Halloween sweets from when we were young. How? Not even 2025, from 2024. That's just mental. Yeah.
That's just crazy. Yeah. Again, I aspire to be like you one day when I grow up. Okay, so I want to ask you more about what it was like growing up in a house with the law of attraction and manifesting being, I don't want to say our religion, but being our religion.
So what kind of stuff do you think we do in our house that maybe other people might think is a bit weird, but maybe I guess you don't know because you're just used to it?

Chapter 6: What entrepreneurial ventures has Bo pursued?
And for me, in my own little experimentation, I found that the affirmations are much more powerful. And so I correct. Do you feel that? Well, yeah. Well, we've noticed with you, it's a lot more powerful. So Bo and I, I've moved to a house with enough bedrooms for everybody. And yet, where does this little urchin sleep every single night? In my bed, about one inch from my face.
And so I have been playing these wealth affirmations every night. And the changes that I've seen in Bo have been- Yeah, they're working a bit too good. They're working a little bit too well, aren't they? So Bo started waking up at half past five in the morning, being like, right, I need to go downstairs to the kitchen. I need to start working on my business. She's created two businesses.
She's got her YouTube channel. She then started looking into, randomly, a newsagents, wasn't it?
Okay, so in our village, there's this like little... It's a beautiful property. Yeah, this little like newsagents shop and it got closed down in 2000 and zero. And, wait, that is a time, yeah. 2000. I mean 2000. 2000. Yeah, so 25 years ago. Yeah. No. No. No, no, no, no.
In the pandemic. 2020. There we go.
It closed down then. So six years ago. And it's full of antiques. Yeah. And it's full of like, they're just using it. It's like storage. Yeah. But it used to be like a really, really nice shop. And like all my friends said they used to go there when they were younger, like after school.
We say a really nice shop. It was essentially an off license and it had like a lottery machine in it.
A basically like a mini co-op. Yeah. Even though there was a co-op like two steps away from it.
Maybe that's why it closed down. So anyway, since we've been listening to these wealth affirmations, Bo has literally been waking up being like, mum, I need to find out who owns that newsagents. Why has it been empty for so long? And I did. And she did. She found it online. How much is it? $149,000. $149,000.
