Doug Ellin is a writer, producer, director, and podcast host as well as the creator of HBO's iconic series Entourage. Inspired in part by the Hollywood experiences surrounding Mark Wahlberg and his friends, Ellin created a show that followed movie star Vincent Chase and his inner circle through fame, friendship, relationships, and the insanity of the entertainment industry. Entourage ran for eight seasons, became one of HBO's defining comedies of the 2000s, and later continued with a feature film.
