In this incredibly inspiring episode I interview my Wow Academy coaching client Rebecca, who over the last 5 months has gone from feeling overwhelmed, loathing herself, overweight, exhausted, unhappy, full of excuses, fed up, and desperate to feeling amazing, confident, energised, present, self-compassionate and most of all CAPABLE - of being consistent, showing up for herself, not listening to her excuses, putting herself first and achieving everything she wants. Having tried so many diets in the past Rebecca had started to give up hope. She'd started to go into herself. She was telling herself all the excuses going, including "I've no time", "It must be my hormones", "I'm just meant to be this way" and "It's such a big mountain to climb". In reality, she lacked belief and had a fear of failing. As soon as she took the first step and jumped on a call with me, she felt a weight had been lifted. Rebecca speaks openly and honestly about her coaching journey, including the tough times, good times and lessons along the way.
