Chapter 1: Why was the wait for Gia's receipts so frustrating?
Hello and welcome back to the Masked Funny Podcast with me, Joshua Fox. And I'm going to be honest with you all, I'm annoyed. I'm annoyed that last night we all waited an hour and a half for Gia's receipts after that TV ad campaign teased these explosive screenshots. And did we get them? No.
I mean, I already knew we wouldn't because someone told me previously, but I thought maybe there'd be something, maybe they'd give us like a snippet. No, we got nothing. So you know what?
Instead of waiting until Sunday, I'm going to read them because not only do I have the text messages, but I've also got more that you won't be hearing on the show, which gives a whole new perspective to everything. All right, let me get my phone out. Gia's text messages.
This whole thing that she's teasing that's going to blow everything wide open and expose Beck, it's essentially Beck in a group chat with Gia and Brooke insulting Alyssa. And on Monday, August 11th, which was around two and a half weeks before last night's dinner party was filmed, Beck says this. I'm going to go so effing hard on Alyssa and how fake her relationship is.
Gia then goes, go babe, we agree, and got you. Beck then goes, you know what, Alyssa probably isn't a bad girl, but her head is so far up her fucking ass, she doesn't even realise what a bleep she actually is. And then Beck goes, which you can't really, like, defend, and she's a rat. Gia then goes, nah, I don't care, lol, don't like her, never will.
Beck then goes, again talking about Alyssa, she told Maths, aka the producers, about a Daily Mail journalist messaging her. Beck goes again, what a rat. Gia replies, she is a rat, I don't fuck with people like that. Beck then goes, no fucking way. Now these are the big text messages. These are the explosive receipts that Gia's got that she's been teasing.
And I don't know why she's making such a big thing out of it because Gia comes across just as bad as Beck. And if you're thinking, well, how have I got those messages? That's because Daily Mail printed them like two weeks ago.

Chapter 2: What do Gia's text messages reveal about the scandal?
And when you look at like the screenshots of the messages, They're from Gia's phone because she's the one in green and Beck's the one on the other side of the text exchange, if you know what I mean. And if you're now thinking, well, who leaked them to the media? I'm told it wasn't actually Gia. It was Juliet. And this brings us to a whole new scandal that's going to happen on Sunday.
We do not like you. Don't lie about me, then. You're trying to make me look bad. You're interrupting our card session. Shut up.
And I don't think this experiment is for me. What causes not one. Jules. No. Did you just hear that? But two participants to storm out. She's gone.
Because after last night's dinner party where Beck was saying to Juliette, like, what's your problem with me? What's the go? And Juliette was a bit like, uh, and looking to Gia for some guidance. And Gia said nothing. This Sunday's commitment ceremony, Gia and Juliette turn on each other.
Because as Juliet brings up these messages, which Gia had screenshot and sent to Juliet as like a reason to hate Beck, Juliet then looks to Gia for guidance or, you know, for backup or whatever. But I'm told Gia realizes Juliet's leaving that episode. So she can't really keep aligning herself with her because she's going to have no one. So then Gia and Juliet, there's some drama there.
And Juliet says something along the lines of, Gia, this was your plan. You wanted to do this. You told me. You sent me these messages. And this makes sense because anyone who watched after the dinner party on Stan last night will have seen this like unseen clip of Gia.
Let's wait for everyone to fuck off so I can talk to you later. I'm actually so done with this fucking conversation.
Gia. Gia. Yeah. What are you doing? I'm waiting till the cameras go.
Why can't we just have a shower?

Chapter 3: Who leaked the text messages and why is it significant?
the like ringleader in everything which we're kind of seeing like I'm told as well the reason Gia didn't speak up and back Juliet at the dinner party and then the commitment ceremony is because she realized she was leaving and there's no point aligning herself with someone who was proving very controversial when they're about to leave because then Gia's left looking bad and her plan all along was to leave as like the outspoken female hero so I think she realized
Fuck, I can't align with this Juliet. She's too unhinged and hectic. Who am I going to align with? And then I think she gravitated more towards Chris, and we're going to see drama involving Chris soon. Anyway, yeah, that's it for today. All a bit of a mess. Hope you enjoyed that. Was it worth the wait, you know, the receipts, in my opinion? No. Am I on anyone's side? No.
They're all as bad as each other. Do I think full picture, full transparency, full real narrative, not show narrative is important? Yes. See ya.
