Chapter 1: Which bride is set to quit during Tuesday's episode of Married At First Sight?
Hello and welcome to a very quick update because you've just clicked this podcast wondering which bride quits during Tuesday's episode Because this is how Monday's episode just ended.
And in a shock turn of events One bride calls it quits and makes a dramatic exit And I'm now here to tell you that the bride is...
brooke and i'm personally very intrigued to see how this all plays out on screen because i was around filming a lot as this all happened in real life back in august and i don't think they can bring a lot of what actually happened onto the show which means they're gonna have to get a bit creative in the edit
Something I'm surprised hasn't been mentioned on the show so far yet is the fact that this is actually going to be the second time that Brooke quit and just flew home. And I remember it was the very first weekend after the cast had all moved in together that she just kind of packed a bag and flew home to Queensland. I think it was a Saturday morning because the cast don't film on weekends.
And I remember at the time, because I was outside like all my sauces being like, yo like a bride has literally just fled and gone and packed her bag and like she won't come back and like from the little timeline i've been trying to put together i believe this was after she watched chris's audition tape and after her drama with stella started at that red flag
green flag and it was then she just well she just left why no idea never asked her but i'm told producers convinced her to come back i think the next day so what she left for 24 hours and i think it was by saying something like you have to come and film like an out or your storylines won't make sense on tv and i know in previous seasons when people have kind of
just left or threatened to leave they usually use this line of like well if you go now it's not going to make sense and you're just going to be the villain because we can't film an ending so everyone's going to hate you so it's kind of like emotional blackmail but i mean whatever they said Brooke did return 24 hours later.
And I suppose that's why this first, let's say, escape wasn't brought onto the show because they didn't really need to.

Chapter 2: What led to Brooke's first dramatic exit from the show?
It didn't make sense for storylines. Then obviously she returned. She said stage during that first commitment ceremony as we watched on Sunday. So I guess...
changed her mind about wanting to leave chris or producers convinced her to give it another week again i don't know but then as the cast all filmed the intimacy week episodes which were like five days before the second dinner party it's not like consecutive like we see on tv like monday tuesday and then wednesday it was intimacy week then yeah four or five days
And during those four or five days, there was a secret cast night out in Bondi, which producers had no idea about. Like I think about 60% of the cast snuck off and went there. And well, that is where everything changed and fell apart. And not just for Brooke and Chris, for... multiple people, and literally so much happened that night.
Then the next morning, Brooke once again booked a flight and just, yeah, flew home without telling anybody. Chris remained, and I assumed filmed some kind of sequence like, oh my God, Brooke's gone, or hey, her bag's... are gone and she won't answer my calls. You know, something to go with the storyline that actually she's no longer even in the state and they've got no footage of her leaving.
And that was it until producers once again convinced Brooke to return and storm into the second dinner party, which we will watch on Wednesday night. And then she leaves for good on Sunday during the second commitment ceremony, which I'm told is...
a mess um i believe she storms out midway through and just leaves i need to hit up my sources and figure out what actually happens there but as far as i'm aware it's not the usual like they both write leave and then they leave there's more to it And now, if you're wondering, well, what happened during that Bondi night out, Josh? Let me tell you, a lot of shit went down. And how do I know?
Because I was, of course, there. And trust me when I say that this week's dinner party is one of the most hectic in the history of this show, with the experts especially so confused, like how there's so much tension and friendships and relationships suddenly falling apart seemingly out of nowhere. And...
All of this stems back to that off-camera night out, which impacted so much and so many people, yet none of it was actually filmed for the show, which again is why things change so quickly on screen. And don't worry because
tomorrow night i will let you know exactly what happened there so you will then have the full context before wednesday night's dinner party because i'm 99.9 sure but they won't mention that night out or even reference it on tv i'm not even sure they legally can mention some parts of it um but you listening to my podcast tomorrow and my first hand account will make wednesday's dinner party make a lot more sense to you once you have that full picture
