Dimitri Weber is not your typical fragrance brand founder. Born in Belgium, he worked in the fragrance industry at brands like Cartier and YSL before finding himself making a home all the way down under in Australia. For his brand, the unique Goldfield & Banks, it's the natural botanicals of the Australian continent that form his inspiration. In this episode Dimitri and I chat all about his adopted home and how its flora and fauna, which often feel alien and unique, serve as constant inspiration.
