En 1982, Juan Carlos Ruviera revistaba como Artillero en el Crucero ARA General Belgrano. Era su primer destino en la Armada Argentina. En el marco de la campaña del Atlántico Sur, el Crucero desplegó para cumplir diversas tareas encomendadas por la superioridad de la Fuerza. Es conocida la historia del ataque sufrido por el Belgrano, por medio de un submarino nuclear británico. En ésta entrevista, lograda el 24 de mayo de 2022, Juan Carlos nos contó su historia.
