We have three guests today, sorry, four guests today, all members of AGAC, the, here's a mouthful, Association of International Graduate Admissions Consultants, and all friends of ours, Cecilia Pineda from Bogota, Colombia, Travis Morgan from LA in the US, Joy Pincus from Tel Aviv in Israel, and Arvind Kumar in Chennai, India. With Bara in the Bay Area and me, Eric, in Paris, that makes a pretty global bunch. Welcome, everyone.

Thanks for having us. Great to have you. So AGAC. AGAC is the world's premier MBA admissions consultant organization that vets every consultant who applies to be sure they're upholding the highest standards of ethics and transparency. And they have pretty much the most up-to-the-minute insights directly from adcoms of the world's best MBA programs and provide the highest quality service of admissions consulting. And every May, AGAC holds a conference where the admissions directors from the top 25 American MBA programs and top 10 European are invited to share ideas, exchange best practices, and deepen our relationships. Insights from these annual events provide AGAC members with the tools to serve our clients better than those who don't participate.
So we're going to talk about all that and more. Barrow, why don't you take it away?
Well, Cecilia, I think you've been the longest member of AGAC. Maybe it might be Travis, but I think it's actually you. And I'd love to hear what made you join and what makes you stay.

What is AGAC and why does it matter for MBA applicants?
We've been members for over 13 years. And I guess when I found the association, I was very impressed by the degree of professionalism of everyone, the ethical standards and above and beyond that continues learning and sharing. Everyone is very open. We share. If we don't know something for our clients, everyone is willing to help and to share all the knowledge. We support each other, whether it's a large organization or sole providers like most of us in the panel are. We share all the information. So it's a great way to learn and help better our clients. And I mean, all the friendships that I feel that, I mean, I've known most of you for a long time, and I consider you not only great professionals, but great friends.
Absolutely. Thank you, Cecilia. Same, right back at you. Joy, you're one of the newest members, only joining, I believe, this year, and you've just experienced your first conference. So what are some of your impressions of AGAC so far?
Wow, it's incredible. I'm so happy to be a part of AGAC. I mean, I've been doing this work for 22 years, and I can't believe that I'm only now discovering AGAC. It's an amazing, first of all, everything that Cecilia said, I absolutely confirm. And beyond that, I would say the community aspect, it's irreplaceable. As you said, Cecilia, for someone who runs an independent firm, to have that community, people you can turn to, whether it's for knowledge or for confirmation or to stress test an idea,
