Chapter 1: What is the main question driving this podcast series?
What is your because? What's your because? What's your because? What's your purpose today? What's that thing that drives you? Something that's deeper than their why. What's your because?
Because there are people out there that need my help. Because I still feel like I haven't arrived. Just try to provide a better life. Because of the fact that I've dealt with harder in my life. Because you have a standard that you're going to actually hold yourself to.
Chapter 2: How do high performers define their 'because'?
Because I have no choice. I feel that I've been given a blessing to be able to pick you up, no matter what walk of life, what revenue stream you have or don't have. whether you live on the street, whether you live on a tent, whether you live in a mansion, whether you're a Fortune 500 CEO or, you know, anybody, really. And I think that's what drives me every day to get out of bed.
Money does not drive me. It never has. It never will. And the only thing I can do from this point is figure out how to become the rose in the concrete and rise up.
Chapter 3: What motivates individuals to overcome challenges?
Yeah, they've shut their doors to me, but whether I get around it, get over it, get under it, I might not be able to get through it, but there is a way. I'd rather go with my neighbors, hang out, and talk to real people, because I think we're getting sucked into a place where we're looking at things that aren't real.
And a lot of the forces out there want to try to divide people, and that's just not healthy. I find I'm a lot better off when I don't even look at my phone. I actually just wanted to actually connect with more people. I genuinely just wanted to connect people, help people, talk to people. It was one of those things that was just kind of part of my personality, I guess.
I just wanted to be there to help support people. You can outdo 50% of the people in this world by showing up more, showing up with a good attitude. showing up ready to rock and roll. Like, every time you're there, be where your feet are. There is no elevators to the penthouse, bro. We taking the steps. Like, we are taking the steps. We are gonna be here, and we are going to do it.
Every single day, I don't care about your feelings.
i care about where you are to remind everyone that life is short you never know check on each other be with each other never take it for granted never become complacent and grateful all those things that we kind of do in the u.s that we become so humanized to but we have to take a moment back and step and that's why i have so many calls and people say chef you do so many different things why
Because I have no choice.
You got it. And to all the viewers and listeners, remember your because is your superpower. Go unleash it.
