Chapter 1: What is the significance of 'Brick by Brick' in achieving success?
I'll never give up.
Never. This is my life, man. You know how hard I worked to get here? I built this shit. Me. Brick by brick. And I'll be damned if I let you tear it down. Drive, motherfucker! Brick by brick. Those of you who are willing to take everything you do to the next level, you will inherit the future. You're not a failure. Embrace change. Create a way out of no way.
Success is the only revenge.
Chapter 2: How can embracing change lead to personal growth?
You only get one life. Devotation. Hard work. I'm a one man army. Work day and night.
You're not going to burn out. You're doing what it takes to cast a shadow that no one even can see them behind you. I am the one who knocks.
When you walk on that court, you have to think I'm a winner. I'm going to win. Winners keep going. All of us who have been entombed by fear have the capacity to resurrect ourselves. I'm done letting my old bullshit dictate my future. I promise you there is nothing I'm not prepared to do. Say my name.
Chapter 3: What mindset is necessary for overcoming fear and adversity?
Fortify your mind. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. Because I can keep going brick by brick. I don't lose. I win. I win. You better have a part about you that's tough. A part about you that can break down situations and get better. And when you have that kind of consciousness, when you have that kind of spirit, nothing can stop you. Brick by brick.
I always felt like I had a ticking clock.
But the ticking clock became more apparent that I got to make the most out of today because tomorrow is a promise. What are you going to do with the time that you have on this planet? What impact are you going to make?
Because things change. And I think the key is recognizing that each moment is what matters. Today is all there is. There is no tomorrow. There's no next year. Enjoy today for whatever is in front of you.
But sometimes people got to feel the pain themselves. They got to go through it themselves. And I just think that when we say inspire the world to try, that's what it is. Go after it. Go after it while you can, because tomorrow is not promised.
I take situations that are the end of the world, and then I find inspiration in them. And then I live it full out, like there's no tomorrow.
150,000 people die every day. Tomorrow is not promised.

Chapter 4: Why is personal responsibility crucial for achieving goals?
So if I'm not going after it, then I'm gonna die incomplete. I'm gonna die being a person that I wasn't created to be. Like, I want to meet the greatest me. I want to meet my full potential. Literally, you cannot play this forever, but while you're in it, you're in it. You gotta grind like there is no tomorrow. I'll do it tomorrow. When I do it tomorrow, it can wait, it can wait.
I have to give it everything I have, like I know there is no tomorrow. Tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. Ain't no such thing as tomorrow. We only got today. Tomorrow's not promised. That's the dream. It's not the destination. It's the journey.
Kobe was something else. He was the guy, like I said, when we in the club, that mother in the gym.
I'd rather go too far they're not far enough. The only reward that you get from taking it easy is the fact that in the moment, it's easier. But if you want results, and then you basically just catch yourself slacking off and don't do anything about it, then it kind of sounds like you don't really want those results, you know?
I looked in this one guy's eyes who was ringing the bell to quit, to put his helmet down out of Navy SEAL training, and I saw myself. And I saw what everybody said I was going to be, which was nothing. This is when I realized I was alone on this earth. I have God alone on this earth and I have to fix everything.
I was sick and tired of not facing the fact that I have, I've allowed life to make me feel like a loser. That voice became haunting. The only thing that you can do is win so big that all of them constantly compare themselves to you.
And then you'll forget they exist.

Chapter 5: How can you leverage pain and struggle for motivation?
Success is the only revenge. It's not the best revenge. It's the only one. There's no other revenge.
If you will be a champion, if you will be a beast, you're going to have to go through something.
If you're going to do it, do it. Say what you can do. Do what you say. If you can't do it, don't say you can do it. Don't over-leverage yourself. Don't over-leverage a decision and then jump in and kind of dip a toe. I think I'll try it out. No, think if you're going to try it out beforehand, but when it's time to go, dive.
And for the people who are listening who that doesn't feel like they can change the circumstances with the way they think or they feel, just hold on. Just endure. Look at things differently. Challenge yourself to look at things as the glass half full. Challenge yourself to think four steps ahead. The people who doubted you, good, they're fuel. The ones who left, good, they cleared space.
The ones who talked behind your back, the ones who laughed at you, they just gave you something to smile about when you proved them wrong. You're sitting around watching people progress in their lives, and you're sitting around thinking to yourself, why can't I be like this person? Why do you need to be like anybody else?
why can't you just be you why can't you just be true to who you are don't listen to anyone everybody's full of shit nobody knows you or what you're capable of doing the hardest thing in life is figuring out who you are and what you want to do for the rest of your life it's a big decision it's impossible for you to fail if you know who you are what you want to do and you wake up every day and work toward it finish it find out
Come out the other side. Don't leave it and go, if I just scored it, uh-uh. That keeps me up at night. I think it keeps a lot of us up at night. When you half-ass something that you just don't know, whether you failed or succeeded, got what you want or didn't get what you want, finding out. and looking in the mirror and going, I didn't have acid.

Chapter 6: What role does faith play in pursuing your dreams?
I went all the way. I found out. And that ain't for me. Or I found out, and you're damn right that is for me. That's a great place to get to. You don't want someone else's fate. Man, your fate's enough. And your adventure's enough. It's plenty.
It's more than you can ever fully realize. And if you're in dire straits, in dire circumstances, just look at how much opportunity you have to make things better.
You can get so scared. And you can be so easily lulled into the idea that good is good enough, that feeling safe and comfortable is what you should always be looking for. That way of thinking, in your 20s in particular, dead f***ing wrong.
Taking risks, you know, in a non-naive way, well then you have something that you can comfort yourself with at night when you're wondering what the whole damn point of your futile and miserable life.
Doing what you mean to do.
and wanting what you want to want is so hard to do and so rare because we're built to conform. If you're going to get any further, you've got to reinvent yourself.
You know that thing that you really want to start doing but you're worried what everyone might think about you if you do? You should do it. You should definitely, definitely do it.
I want you to start to create this mindset of taking risks and going big.
I found that nothing in life

Chapter 7: How can you turn negativity into fuel for success?
You've got to believe in yourself. You've got to believe in your abilities. You've got to believe in your service, your company, your ideas, unquestionably. You've got to have faith, and that faith gives you patience. You've got one life to live, rain, sleep, or snow. The time is now.
This is not the time to get the job mom wanted you to. This is not the time to try to maximize as much money so you can buy a fat whip. What you should do is go and travel and learn. Go and start that business that you've always wanted. This is the time to be massively risk, massively risk oriented.
But boy, if you're lucky enough to be graduating today with not a idea of what you're gonna do with your future, nobody's ever been luckier than you. Please recognize that. I'll tell you how risky life is. You're not going to get out alive. That's risky. And so the first thing I want you to do today is I want you to keep saying to yourself, I am, I am, I am, I am.
You're standing at the precipice, the edge of the greatest move in your life. And the time is now like never before to take a leap of faith. It takes faith to jump off of the edge. It takes faith to step into your purpose. It takes faith to step into your destiny.
It takes faith to pull away from everything that is familiar, to step into uncharted territory, to become the person you were born to be. It takes faith. The first person that needs to be influenced in your life is you. If you want to make it happen, it's you. You've got to take personal responsibility to make it own what it is that you want to do.
To get something you never had, you have to do something you never did. Are you bold enough? Are you radical enough in your hunger and your thirst to go after what it is that you believe is yours?

Chapter 8: What actions can you take today to change your future?
Are you crazy enough? Are you courageous enough?
Hey, you know, at any given moment, you could be one decision away from an entirely different life. different place, different people, a different experience, and maybe a different you. Because sometimes in the process of completely losing yourself and losing expectations of who you are, you might find that there's more to you than you thought.
So in my opinion, sometimes it's worth taking action. It's worth trying that new experience just to find out.
Do something big. I know that there is something inside of you that you have always wanted to do.
can feel how happy i am just one time in your life but guess what you will never feel this level of happiness if you don't go for something in your own life when they knock you down when they drop you when they talk about you and they try and put their foot on your neck if you stay down you will never ever get that resolve fortify your mind and feel this level of happiness as you rise why not you
with good self-esteem, why not you starting to change and setting goals?
Why not you starting to make progress toward financial independence?
I'm really in pursuit of greatness. I know people don't usually talk like that, but I want to be one of the greats. I'm inspired by the greats. I'm inspired by the greats here tonight, and I want to be up there. If we can read, you can read.
If we can change, you can change. If we can figure it out, you can figure it out. If we can turn it around, you can turn it around. There isn't anything you can't accomplish. That's what those testimonials would say. And so I want to say it to you personally. Why not you? You've got the brains. You've got the stamina. You've got the vitality. You've got the interest.
